I’m Nana Sogoian, a certified Home Stager and Vacation Rental Design Expert.

 

My path wasn’t always clear, but design found me in the quiet moments as I styled a corner, rearranged a room, and helped friends feel more at ease in their spaces, and over time I realized that creating beauty and comfort wasn’t just something I loved, it was something I was meant to do.

 

I believe every space holds energy. The right design can make you feel seen, safe, and inspired. That belief deepened when I traveled to Armenia and helped redesign an orphanage. Watching how a few thoughtful changes brought light and joy into children's lives shifted something in me. Painting walls, choosing cozy beds, creating clean, welcoming interiors. I realized that design isn’t just visual; it can be healing.

That experience led me to pursue professional certification through the Home Staging Resource Academy. Twice, in fact, adding Vacation Rental Design.

Today I specialize in Vacation Rental Design. Through NSM, I help homeowners and hosts bring their spaces to life by making them feel warm, welcoming, and completely guest ready.

​As an Airbnb host and property owner myself, I understand how overwhelming it can be to prepare a home for sale or get a rental guest ready. I’ve been in your shoes, so I know how much thought goes into every detail, from picking the right sofa to setting up the perfect check-in experience, and I’m here to make the whole process feel easier and more enjoyable.

Best of all, a portion of every project’s earnings goes toward redesign efforts for orphanages and foster care facilities. A full circle mission that keeps my work deeply rooted in purpose.
